In 2018, I took a bold leap of faith, leaving behind over a decade in banking and finance to pursue my true calling: transforming women’s lives. As Co-Founder of DisruptHER for Women, I now live that mission every day, empowering women to disrupt limiting beliefs, awaken their ‘WHYs,’ and live boldly with no regrets. At DisruptHER for Women, we create practical, inspiring learning experiences through our app, workshops, and events across three vital pillars: Relationships & Intimacy, Mind & Body, and Career & Wealth. Today, I deliver thought leadership keynotes on Career Pivots, Leadership & Growth for corporates and universities, while leading public workshops focused on Personal Growth. I am passionate about guiding women — and leaders of all genders — to breakthrough growth by shattering old narratives and embracing authentic power. With a background in business and community building, I thrive in keynote presentations, thought leadership speaking, and workshop facilitation, connecting deeply to spark meaningful change. In 2024, I co-facilitated transformative workshops on Personal Branding, Communication, Goal-Setting, Confidence and Wellness. In 2025, I expanded into B2B partnerships with corporates and universities, scaling DisruptHER for Women from B2C to broader professional impact.
