Strategic Supply Chain Leader - accountable for end to end Supply Chain Procurement for Honeywell Building Solutions across - Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Greater China and India. - Leading a Global team of 50 people. Key accountabilities include - Driving Revenue recognition through Invoice resolution, Purchase Requisition to Purchase order, Vendor Management. Key Strategic role in terms of Automation of processes and standardisation across all regions.

• Responsibility for the full end to end Supply Chain for Building Solutions with an approx. Sales Volume of $155m. • Savings achieved have increased by 110% from 2015 of $3.2 to 2017 of $6.7m – ensuring Pre/Post awards savings with an increase of 72% of rebates which help profitability directly. • Key management of Subcontractors ensuring compliance to bid tenders in line with the Customer Contracts • Close out Leader for Minister of Justice Contract mitigating a risk of £4m down to currently £150k – ensuring Supplier payments were fully verified and paid accordingly. Worked on providing full evidence of all Statutory PPM’s so reducing exposure. • Responsibility for Service contracts ensuring the business use of preferred Suppliers. • Subcontractor Contracts Management flow down from the Customer Contract so all Liabilities are flowed down appropriately. • Management of the expediting process ensure Suppliers are paid to the maximum time possible to help manage the Cash flow. • Manage Intercompany relationships which helps position the Bid process with the best material prices possible. • Responsibility for the Logistics piece which includes movement of parts, PPE, tooling and Calibrations.
