COLLEGO Australia was formed as a start-up in July of 2021 to tie in with a vision for an entity to exist which can provide rare and high in-demand skills from South Africa, where there is a real shortage such as SAP, Java, Angular J, iOS and Android in Australia. Michaelona Flavours is a supplier of Flavours, Colours, Seasonings and Food Chemicals to Food Manufacturers. SIZWE IT Group is a South African ICT service solutions provider covering infrastructure, networking solutions and computer consumables to Government and Private Organizations. Due to my excellent service delivery, SIZWE IT was a preferred service provider for the State Information Technology Agency (SITA), the Information Technology Company for all Government Organisations in South Africa. • Drove the network planning & infrastructure roadmap that supported Head Office services and established the PMO office and governance formulation within the project management framework that allowed for the cost-effective deployment of infrastructure in client’s IT architecture. • Managed PMO resource availability between contractors and implementation partners to ensure continuously support and on-time project delivery. • Co-ordinated and managed the governance, standards and visibility of 15 projects running concurrently across five states and served as Solution Architect on full network upgrade of Information Services Department and multiple Head Offices, on behalf of the Client. • Managed budgets to AUD$715k+ (ZAR 7.6Million), with 100% track record, on time and to budget. • Visited over 130 sites during tenure as Project Manager/Advisor, leading audits, and reviews, and working with key stakeholders to identify current and future ICT needs. • Ensure all project related data and information are gathered and saved in the project folders and maintain a library of relevant and up to date templates. • Aligned client processes with SITA (government authority) mandate; a government-based initiative to achieve cost savings through scale, increase delivery capabilities and enhance interoperability. • Coaching and managing teams with their personal development plans. • Advisor to the Client with generalist skills of ICT Solutions.

EPI-USE Pty Ltd is a consulting company that specialises in SAP Implementations, customer software development, QA, and Software testing. The business has over 800 employees and has completed more than 500 engagements worldwide to date. The EPI-USE client base is mostly in the Private Sector. Appointed to support a large network infrastructure upgrade for a major private educational client: • Directed the full project lifecycle roadmap which saw the completion of a total network upgrade of four schools, including the integration of equipment (Switches, Routers and Servers), Racking, Fire Protection, switches, and physical security systems. • Migration of existing data systems from old servers to new without disruption of BAU. • Implement and rolled out clear timelines for decisions and progress reporting by overseeing the project management and coaching. • Ensure adequate checks and controls are in place and brought the whole project back on track (previously had been stalled at scoping stage and was at a high risk), and subsequently delivered the project on time and to budget. • Ensured all systems and infrastructure undertook robust testing prior to re-commissioning, and that client was entirely satisfied with end rollout prior to handover. • Managed and lead the team of 7+ technicians and engineers placed at client sites. • Ensure the PMO controls implemented are adopted and complied with by all teams.

Interface Network Technology (INT) offers specialist ICT service solutions including networking cabling solutions and computer consumables and employs a team of 30 specialist consultants and installers. Reported to the Director and served as the interface between INT and its clients. Key accountability included service requests, site visits, project initiation and implementation, and all aspects of client relations. • Oversaw several critical projects for government-based clients, these include sensitive and high security clearance programs for police and justice authorities. • Led the architecture, scoped, planned, and executed a major Data Centre project (circa AUD$3Mil) for client relocation program, and led multiple network infrastructure projects, meeting often tight delivery times, with projects being executed on time and to budget. • Managed negotiations and appointment of large Telco, ICT, and engineering providers. • Influenced and enhanced client relationships, taking the time to personally address client needs and issues, acting as a key point of contact for issue resolutions, and conducting client & project meetings. • Assembled and managed teams of up to 8 staff (multi-skilled).

The South African Police Service (SAPS) consists of 120 000 Police Officers across South Africa. As Project Manager, this position forms part of a specialist team who service the whole of client ICT infrastructure and service needs. Reported to the Director of Enterprise Service Management, key accountability included Network Expansion and New Network related installations. • Monitoring of State Information Technology Agency (SITA: Government Authority) Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). • Manage finances pertaining to the SLA’s (circa AUD$30Mil). • Manage Section Operational Budget. • Creation and deployment of documentation and processes for the Information Technology Committee (ITC), for approval of funding for projects. • Control and monitoring of funds for Network Infrastructure (circa AUD$3.5Mil).
