- Marriage readiness classes (2TO1), Marriage Matters classes (marital enrichment), and counseling (conducted with my wife). Perform weddings. - Pastoral care, including hospital and bereavement ministry; directing and supervising chaplains, volunteers and teams. - Foundations class for new believers, seekers, and those returning to the Lord. - Lead the development and implementation of short- and long-range plans to achieve the institution's goals and objectives. - Provide leadership to the institutional programs, assigned staff, and adjunct and full-time faculty that teach in the programs. - Develop management reports and studies (e.g., retention patterns, student satisfaction, and faculty performance). - Attend University events as appropriate. - Ensure compliance with documented and comprehensive quality, regulatory, and accreditation programs. - Manage the implementation and use of assessment processes. - Develop a short- and long-term fundraising plan. - Direct the business development process to increase market share for the institution. - Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and retention efforts related to academic initiatives. - Oversee development and management of the budget with a focus on achieving revenue goals and minimizing expenses.

- Develop and maintain the institutional budget. - Own the organization's development process and, as such, ensures that performance planning, execution, coaching, assessment of potential, performance evaluation, and related development plans are in place for all employees. - Ensure personnel provide friendly, effective service to external and internal customers. - Provide leadership for improvements based on assessment results, etc. - Supervise accreditation and assessment initiatives. - Ensure adherence to legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the institution. - Financial results and academic excellence through demonstrated discipline and consistency. - Ensure programs are conducted according to the policies of the University, various accrediting bodies, and appropriate government agencies. - Ensure academic programs are quality, designed for learners, and integrate the Christian/biblical worldview. - Supervise the scheduling of cohorts, scheduling of faculty, arranging for suitable classroom space, and other student support services.
