-Own and optimize all production equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operation and maximum uptime. -Execute preventative maintenance schedules to proactively maintain machinery. -Lead complex machine repairs, using root cause analysis to diagnose issues and implement effective containment and corrective actions. -Manage process controls, documenting changes and improvements, and training the team on new procedures. -Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to departmental processes. -Initiate and manage change through formal systems like MCO/PIM in Agile. -Proactively escalate potential issues to mitigate risks related to safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency. -Foster strong relationships with the global manufacturing team. -Serve as the department lead for New Product Introduction (NPI), overseeing integration into the fulfillment center. -Play a key role in new capital equipment acceptance, supporting capacity expansion and product launches. -Contribute strategically to long-term departmental goals beyond daily operations. -Champion Lean manufacturing principles and cultivate a culture of "standard work." -Ensure strict compliance with all site policies and procedures, especially Health & Safety and Quality standards.
