Setting up the Systems Excellence organization and team in IGTD aimed at managing the relation of our business with the central IT organization of Philips. Linking pin to our central CIO and platform leaders in IT. Overseeing the execution of the IT portfolio by central IT and partners for our business with a team of dedicated project managers.

Managed the post-merger integration of a 1.1B$ business into the Philips landscape. Build and deployed an end-2-end solution set, founded on a robust ERP platform with adjacent new capabilities to support sales, warehouse management, installation projects and a customer service backbone. Solutions serving 3 different go-to-market business models and deployed these to over 50 countries. Managed a 10+ people project management team and PMO for this 5 year project with an estimated IT cost of >50M Euro. Regular engagement with ExCo members and business and market leaders over the course of the program.

Head of IT Operations Order to Cash, 18B Healthtech and Consumer Goods company. Domain covering O2C landscapes incl. SAP commercial, industrial and manufacturing kernels, Planning, Customer Care and Quality & Regulatory landscapes. Full stack managed IT operations with outsourced Indian and European partners running AWS and Azure infrastructure.

Responsbile for cloud migration program at Philips. Moving full IT estate to AWS and Azure cloud.
