Project implementation: EPCM - Fabrication/Manufacturing support and guidance, Construction, Commissioning, Training, Start-Up. - Force / Tension / Weight measurement sensors for mining applications, for rolling mills and processing plants, 1kN-70MN; Support and guidance through all project phases: design, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance; - Steel Structures (500t-2500t): specifications, conceptual and detail design, trade-off and optimization studies; modelling and calculation of loads; materials selection; structural calculation; welding; thermal expansion / contraction and heat transfer; transport to site, assembly and construction; corrosion protection and maintenance. - Open pit mining technology: design of open pit mines, selection & calculations of processing equipment, detailed CapEx / OpEx, detailed Engineering Design for EPCM. - Development and optimization of PFDs and P&IDs. - 2D / 3D CAD design, modeling and simulation - analytically and applying Finite Element Analysis; can model and resolve problems related to Structural, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics , and optimize existing systems. - Fluid Machinery Applications: pumps, fans, piping & ducts; systems design, calculation, equipment selection, installation and maintenance. - Design and installation services of hydraulic and pneumatic systems for various industrial application. - Engineering Economics - detailed economic evaluation of project's feasibility.
