IPC is the nation's leading national physician group practice focused on the delivery of hospital medicine and related facility-based services. Delivered training on billing software (IPC Link) to new practice groups consisting of Physicians, Physician’s Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners. Extensive travel conducting training seminars to 25+ new practice group members, on utilizing new billing software. Moderated and performed Level 3 / WebX seminars remotely to groups with 8 or less members. Developed a curriculum providing step-by-step navigation and a “user-friendly” approach to using the software; as well as answering non-technical questions presented by the Physicians. Researched and compiled a list of the most common potential questions, to create a “Tool Tips” handout that was published on-line for Physicians.

Led performance-based learning events (onsite and through SharePoint) for newly hired and on-staff Call Service Associates. Delivered training on company culture and job expectations, as well as on Blue Cross/Blue Shield healthcare software. Attended intensive education sessions prior to start of training. Provided guidance to all Associates on responding to customer on healthcare law changes following implementation of the Affordable Care Act. As sole instructor for diverse classes of up to 20 students, provided core information on new laws to enable delivery of information and translation of their impact on customers. Effectively managed all classroom needs and optimized learning by performing training needs analysis, administering tests, and conducting follow-ups to ensure retention.

* Informed consumers about Sharp’s Aquos LCD TV and gathered data on campaign effectiveness. Organized required data and compiled it into an easy-to-understand report for the executives. * Reinforced marketing campaigns by explaining to consumers and Best Buy employees all the new features of HD TVs. * Increased brand awareness by explaining Sharp’s story and technology. Influenced Best Buy associates to become Sharp advocates. * Trained Best Buy associates on how to highlight Sharp’s proprietary Aquos Technology for consumers, resulting in increased sales. * Conducted workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions that contributed to the amazing sales record for the Thousand Oaks territory. Managers were consistently impressed with results. * Devised creative and cost-effective incentive and morale-boosting programs (including special events and a tiered awards structure) that increased Best Buy employees’ satisfaction and productivity.
