>Led the procurement and oversaw replenishment of FMCG and General Merchandise products, reducing overall Days of Inventory on Hand (DOH) from 45 to 28 across warehouses and stores with a team of buyers and replenishment analysts. > Managed the inventory health of 3,000 products across 4 warehouses and 95+ stores in Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and West Bengal, ensuring optimal stock levels. > Coordinated demand and supply planning, assortment recoding, and store replenishment to maintain consistent product availability. > Achieved a 20% reduction in working capital while maintaining a Service Level (SL) of 94%, managing a 134% increase in store count over 10 months. > Successfully recoded the assortment as per historical sales data, bill penetration, gross margin, net margin and variability in supply to arrive at ABC classification. > Enhanced company profitability by strategically influencing demand through optimized purchasing and replenishment of promotional SKUs. > Identified opportunities for process improvements, streamlining inventory management workflow and reducing stock outs, which enhanced operational efficiency across the supply chain. > Utilised advanced analytics to forecast demand trends and optimise replenishment strategies, ensuring that inventory levels were consistently aligned with customer demand and sales forecasts.
