Manage the Cold Chain Vertical and Distribution vertical with a fleet size of 300+ vehicles. Hired to arrest the swift and steep loss of customers and deliver business turnaround and profitability. TURNING AROUND THE BUSINESS WITHIN A SHORT TIMEFRAME ► Restructured the PAN India business. Improved P & L from EBITDA negative to positive EBITDA within 6 months ► New Business Development & profitability improvement- Got new Businesses on Board like Nestle, Amul and Mother Dairy. Expanded the existing business of Mondelez to double fleet. Won Tata Trent contract for Integrated logistics- Warehouse and transport at Mumbai & Bangalore ► Got 130 vehicles back on road. Implemented ERP with latest solutions, integrated IOT and other modern devices.

Managed cold chain fleet of 835 trucks, 1700 FTEs, 67 locations in India. Developed long-range cost reduction and building plans that improved regional distribution. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS ► Completely redesigned Network and Route Planning. Delivered 99% fill rate in warehousing and 98% ON Time deliveries and savings of 3Cr in fleet operations. ► Built and operated centralized Control Tower to monitor 24x7 movements of trucks and the temperatures. ► Successfully won new contracts from YUM Brand, Mondelez, Ferrero.

Operated the Sodexho brand and Foodland retail malls in Mumbai. Pioneers in Cold Chain. Single 3PL partner for McDonalds pan India since 1996. Oversaw complete P & L for Logistics. Hired to scale up business, increase profitability, reduce costs as well as improve network, route planning and loads on the reverse haul. Managed fleet of 150 trucks, 4 warehouses with 300 FTEs and 18 locations. Reported to the CEO. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS ► Delivered substantial growth in revenue from 60 Cr to 110 Cr. Achieved a 99% fill rate and 96 % OTIF rate in replenishing for McDonalds and Yum Stores on a daily basis at a pan India scale. ► Completely reworked on Network and Route plans for better efficiency. Delivered food products within a minimum time frame avoiding damages and temperature abuse. ► Developed multi temperature vehicles for the first time in India to carry all three temperatures in the same vehicle Delivered cost savings amounting to 2 Cr. ► Fabricated 1st double decker trailer for Cargill Foods with carrying capacity of 33 MT. ► Designed and executed the Centralized control tower to monitor movement, temperatures, publish alerts, On Time status to customers, processing of invoices of dispatches, consignment notes etc. Introduced TMS solutions and business intelligence tools and developed a live dashboard for management. ► Worked on different models for Warehouse redesigns to save on electricity and manpower costs.

► Took over international assignment at Nigeria with the world’s largest cement plant. Handled a fleet of 2600 trailers. ► Moved 25000MT cement from silo by road daily and ensured the plant operations were unaffected despite terrorism related disturbance in Northern Nigeria. Negotiated with Chinese manufacturers for supply of trailers. ► Implemented SAP in transport division at Obajana and monitored the complete ATC distribution and customer service

Linfox is an Australia based 3PL MNC operating out of 13 countries with a worldwide fleet size of 12000 trucks. Led the Logistics business worth Rs.700 MN as Business Unit Head with full P & L. Oversaw a team of 400 employees including regional managers, accountants, safety heads and fleet managers, at 5 sites KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS ► Doubled fleet size from 100 to 200 in a year and implemented project for reduction of Carbon footprints by 40% ► Achieved the highest safety standards in India and reduced “loss time injury” to less than 1% from 4% earlier.
