Responsible for Hillside Plaza Hotel operations, Ruby's Restaurant & Cafe' and Tig Convenience Shop. Day today running & management of the same. -I manage all the revenue streams -Heavily involved in Sales, Marketing & Branding of the company.

I led a team of 140 staffs stationed in both Entebbe & Kampala. I managed two restaurants (Amagara Cafe` Bistro Ltd & Amagara Nakawa Business Park Ltd) and two Catering Units based in Bugoloobi Kampala & Entebbe -We offered institutional catering services to (MTN, UAP, ENHAS,STANDARD GAUGE RAILWAY PROJECT,YO UGANDA, SMS TO BET) -We offer catering services to the STATE during open air functions in far flung parts of the country as well as at STATE HOUSE) -Did the catering during the Papal visit at State House Entebbe(2,000 guests) & At Kololo Grounds during the Swearing In of His Excellency President Yoweri Museveni -12,000 dignitaries. -We offer Executive Catering services to the general public( Wedding Receptions, Kwanjulas & Corporate Luncheon & Dinner parties as well as during Product Launches)

I managed a team of 54staffs. I was directly in charge of Marketing & Entertainment,Finance,Food & Beverage, House keeping ,Health/Fitness and Front Desk teams, overseeing their daily operations and facilitation.I oversaw the expansion and construction of additional 45rooms for the hotel to meet & satisfy the emerging market demand. I had a sterling career achievements at this outlet out performing my targets up to my last month of service. Made a name with the UN teams who frequented our hotel making ETI a key hotel among UN staffs from Geneva & New York. Created a team that was extremely motivated.

During this period, we rendered catering services to Kenya Airways Head Office and Pride Centre,All KCB branches in Nairobi including HQS,Transami, Oxford University Press in Nairobi, World Vision Group,Kenya Police HQS and Prime Minister's Office. I managed eight(8) units,8 Unit Managers, an executive chef together with unit head chefs making a total of 244 staffs altogether. Was able to build close working relationship with the representatives of the above companies thereby helping to sore up our revenue.

Was incharge of the Food and Beverage team. I was also incharge of trainings and customer service and complains handling.Handled Contract acquisitions & execution.

While at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport(JKIA), i was in charge of a team of 35 staffs.I supervised the provision of food and beverages to the connecting passengers of Kenya Airways(KQ) and Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM). I was also in charge of cleaning and maintenance of all the Lounges(1st class, Premier and Economy). I too was in charge of customer service and complains handling.We cultivated a high level team work that helped us to achieve higher levels of staff morale and revenue. I particularly championed the good working relations with KAA( Kenya Airport Authority) , KQ/ KLM & Kenya Duty Free Lounges management.
