Gåshaga Kafferosteri is a fast growing premium micro roastery that offers a wide range of premium roasts of ecological special coffee as well as full coffee concepts for trade, restaurants and offices.

Gåshaga Kafferosteri is one of the fastest growing premium micro roasteries in Sweden aiming to produce the best tasting and most freshly roasted ecological coffee in the market. Here, I work closely with other board members to set policies for corporate management, business oversight, and company direction.

As a Board Member for WLN Group AB I work closely with the board and team to develop and set long term strategies. As CEO for Staccs I recruited and led a talented team of mediatech entrepreneurs and music business innovators on a mission to bring a new streaming service to life. Staccs is a subscription streaming service for music concerts and music documentaries, a service built by fans - for fans. The foundation of the service is a user centric business model, giving Staccs and artists (and rightholders) a common objective. Staccs launched an SVOD-service across 7 countries in 2021, and started up local productions; Staccs Originals, launching the first releases in 2022.

Served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at HBO where I successfully launched the HBO-branded SVOD-services in the Nordic region in 2012. Here, I spent 7 rewarding years helping to excel HBO Nordics’ tremendous subscriber and awareness growth since launch. Throughout my time at HBO, I wore many different hats and was responsible for a variety of important responsibilities including Branding, Marketing, PR, Social Media, CRM, and Creative Services.

After stepping away from my role as CEO at Bonver Entertainment Group, I remained on the Board of Directors where I helped to steer the company towards a sustainable and growth-oriented future by adopting sound and ethical policies.

As the CEO at Bonver Entertainment Group, an industry leader of wholesale and distributed entertainment products. Here, I was responsible for leading a group of companies working with sales, marketing and distribution of DVD's, CD's, games, audiobooks and paperbacks for all Nordic countries, focusing on the convenience and grocery channels with key clients including ICA, Reitan, Shell, Statoil, Preem and OKQ8. We also developed a TVOD-service called film2home, which we launched in all Nordic countries.

Part of the international sales team where I helped to drive the development of new channels across all international territories, covering all countries outside US and Canada. Here I had the opportunity of overseeing massive global accounts like Carrefour and Blockbuster with the prime objective of driving growth through joint business plans, global promotions and helping to drive the local teams to execute and share best practice. I also spent 6 months in Tokyo as acting Sales & Marketing Director for Universal Pictures Japan during a crucial management restructure. Here, I led the team launching hit movies like The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift as well as helping to onboard a new local CEO.

Prior to making the move to Universal Pictures in London, I led the Nordic team during an important 7-month change of management. Here, I was able to share the success of having the Nordic team selected as the best performing team in the company for the launch of Peter Jackson's King Kong. During this time, the Nordic team was also the first outside UK to launch EST downloads and sell the movie as a digital file.

As Sales Director I led the Nordic sales teams focused on handling all sales and business development for Universal Pictures, DreamWorks and Sony Pictures. In addition to setting up an entirely new team for the catalogue and B2B Sales & Marketing division, I was also heavily involved with the implementation of VMI partnerships with selected key accounts where we took a bigger role in the supply chain and ultimately managed to create strong sales uplifts.

Working as Marketing Director for Bonver Videodata, I immediately fell in love with building high-performing teams while staying true to the art of being a successful leader. During my time here, my core focus was centered around Sales, Marketing, Key Account Management and supporting Customer Service-teams. Additional responsibilities included overseeing all sales and marketing activities in Sweden for a number of company product concepts for movies, games, CD’s, and books.
