I am looking for new challenges after working in a family business, ITE Fabriks AB for over 15 years. In recent years, I have recruited external CEO, Quality Manager and Chairman (who are now also partners) so that the company (ITE) becomes more "independent", without my daily supervision. In the future, I will work with the company through board work and need some other exciting challenges in life. I am now interested in finding another interesting employer to work with in the future. PERSONAL PROFILE: I am an ambitious and curious person who is driven by results and is by nature independent and active. I like working with sales. I have worked with the sales process in basically all my different jobs and positions throughout my life. I know the importance of keeping the customer in focus in order to achieve long-term sales success and customer satisfaction. I see myself as a flexible person with good communication skills both orally and in writing.
