Major accomplishments: 2010-2015 as Head of Operation & Maintenance Cement for FLSmidth lead the business through a growth from 15 M$ in revenue to over 100 M$ with a maintained backlog of over 450 M$ and turning a profit even through the political turmoil caused by the Arab spring. 2007-2010 as Project Manager for Titan Egypt for a new cement production line delivered on-time, on-spec, on-budget with a milestone safety record of over 8 million working hours without LTI. 2003-2006 as Plant Manager at Beni Suef in Egypt for Lafarge-Titan, successfully executed a change management mission to modernize the previously government owned plant to operate at sustainable world class performance and increased profitability.
