Co-founder and CEO of Drilling and Wells Academy. Supplier of IWCF Intervention and Drilling Simulator training IOGP level 2,3 and 4 and well integrity training. Developed next generation of Well Control simulator training according to IOGP report #476 with support from Innovation Norway. One of Europe’s largest supplier of IWCF certification courses. Also supplying simulator courses to Equinor through ALTUS Intervention, National Oilwell Varco and KCA Deutag. Overall responsible for the company and its business development, B2B sales, marketing and P&L budgets. Manager WIA, a full-scale intervention R&D test and training center for internal and external companies. Full scale rig with a 400 m fully completed well, used for testing & development of new intervention and completion technology. WIA was operated like an offshore installation with the same requirements for risk assessment, safe job analyze, and work permit. Overall responsible for all operations, personnel, sales, marketing, budgets, P&L, and financial reports. Also responsible for internal and external audits.

Appointed global competence and training manager in Aker Solutions Well Intervention business area. Supporting Aker Solutions globally with training matrixes, training modules, eLearning,- and competence management systems. Responsible for Well Intervention Academy (WIA), a full-scale R&D, test and training center for internal and external companies. WIA was operated like an offshore installation with the same requirements to risk assessment Safe Job analysis, and work permit. Responsible for operations, personnel, sales, marketing, customer meetings, budgets, P&L, and financial reports. Also responsible for internal and external audits. Member of Norwegian Oil and Gas (NOROG) committee responsible NOROG 024 competence requirements for drilling and wells personnel.

Developing training modules, competence matrix and e-learning courses. Managed to reduce time that new Field Engineer trainees used from employment to independently work in operations (NPT) with 50 % using WIA full-scale rig to prepare Field Engineer trainees for offshore operations.

Working offshore as wireline logging field engineer. Mainly production logging, Multifinger callipers, Tubing inspections, corrosion control, correlation, perforations, plug setting, tubing punch, radial cutter, wireline tractors and applications. Prepare and interpret log and reports for customer.

Worked mainly offshore with installing plugs, packers, straddles, P/T gauges, gauge hangers. Both for drilling and intervention (Wireline, coil tubing and snubbing).

Prepared and checked out equipment for mobilization to and from offshore installations. Rig up and rig down equipment at wellsite. Check and maintain equipment and logging tools
