Brice Group is a Nordic agency within Executive Search, Recruitment, Interim Management and organizational- and leadership development. We primarily focus on organizations within Life Science, Health and Healthcare. We also work with organizations holding roles within sustainability, environment, and quality. Our mission is to attract and appoint the right candidate or interim consultant for the position. We work with precision and speed, and in close dialogue with our clients. Through shared experience, courage, and heart, we want to contribute to developing the client's organization into the best possible. Our employees have extensive experience from working as senior executives and board members in listed and unlisted companies on global - nordic- and national level, mainly within Life Science and health. Hence, we have a good understanding of the hiring manager's perspective. With industry experience both from the client- and consultancy side, we can provide an invaluable and extensive network of candidates and interim consultants. This help us being efficient and effective in our processes when identifying and attracting candidates. Throughout the process, Brice Group uses scientific and empirically validated methods to ensure optimal results in the selection of candidates. We assess through competency-based interviews as well as SHL's testing tools: assessment of personal characteristics (OPQ) and ability tests together with reference audits. When we consult in organizational- and leadership development, we conduct individual and group assessments and use coaching tools for example the GROW-model and situational leadership. Our clients' profiles range from small entrepreneurial organizations to large global corporations.
