① Support sales with GQRS activities in a timely manner. ② Visit customers timely to keep information share and good relationship. ③ Make sure final prints and models are representative of the design function, customer requirements and cost target. ④ Participate on prototype builds at manufacturing plants, and track prototype costs for each build. ⑤ Work closely with manufacturing plants to ensure smooth transition from prototype phase to launch phase, and assist in resolving program launch issues. ⑥ Use the CR process and work with purchasing, estimating, sales, program management and manufacturing to ensure agreed upon changes and accuracy of documentation. ⑦ Ensure Deviations are completed accurately and ask for supporting documentation when needed. Organize validation test plan if needed. ⑧ Actively support the plant for any failure issues related to either design or process. ⑨ Work for Product Standard Estimating system by standard process review and documentation rebuilt.

① Do application change to heat-exchange parts of Auto (Search domestic supplier → Confirm supplier’s qualifications → Prototype build → PV test → supplier change) which like radiator, condenser, evaporator, heater core, oil cooler and so on. ② Make design change and reduce the cost according to situation of china which changed by material, structure, process. ③ Communicate with colleagues in Japan, boss, and other teams to control project master schedule. ④ Make full use of company and Nissan ERP systems to solve the problem of each plants or suppliers. ⑤ Do technical represent of company and product to Customers (BYD, CHERRY, GAC, CFMA, SEM…). ⑥ Do the action plan to solve all technical issues (Including perceived quality problem). ⑦ Manage the team-members to achieve the application development target and MTCR.

Be responsible for technology support before sell, machine debugging and other after-service works about marine mid-speed diesel engine, propeller unit and gas engine.

① Do assembly of components and harness configuration in plant, debug sold generators in customer side. ② Design mobile power station and power house in mechanical design department. ③ Work as service engineer in after-sale department.
