* Guiding weekly tours in English * Assisting education department in organisation of various events – lectures, concerts, workshops * Video recording of events, editing video material and uploading it to the social media platforms * Converting old video material to digital format and archiving it * Shooting events, sorting and selecting pictures for PR material * Creation of different types of PR material * Full responsibility for museums Facebook page for English-speaking audience (design, posts etc.) * Designing and conducting Visitor survey - analysis of the collected data, creation of the report, presentation of the results with suggestions for future improvements to the museums personnel.

* Purchase invoice accounting * Invoice pre-booking and bookkeeping * AP – GL reconciliation * Intercompany reconciliation * Travel and expense report accounting * Payment of invoices and expense reports through banking interface * Performing month-end closing procedures according to global timetable * Providing support to other team members * Providing information to suppliers.

* Administration and maintenance of master data (customers, vendors, carriers) in five different ERP systems and Excel databases * Communication with internal customers on a global level * Providing information to other company departments * Helpdesk function.
