* Conceptualized and organized, UMANG STUDENT’S FESTIVAL 4.0, the annual cultural festival for Teach for India Delhi students in April 2016, in which over 500 kids participated. * Vision setting, executing, planning, team management,communication with volunteers, fund raising.

Worked on School Transformation in schools of Ashtangoo village, district Bandipore by conducting teacher’s training, working on minimum learning levels of the students, enhancing community involvement by conceptualizing and organizing community cultural event.“Jashn-e-Hunar".

* Manage a classroom environment of 34 students. * Teach English, Math and Science to 4th & now 5th grade students in government school in Adarsh Nagar, New Delhi.

* Manage,The Magic Room - an after school learning center- to create young change agents. * Creating, planning, executing curriculum for remedial classes. * Vision and goal setting, making short term and long term plans, project management, team management, fundraising, creating and maintaining social media presence and communications. * Trained 15 elders girls from the community under 'Student Leadership Program' to help them identify their hidden talent and emerge as a role models for their community.
