Conceive and design introductory manual for incoming refugees in the Milwaukee area as part of academic Service Learning team. Participate in refugee orientation events and folk fair planning committees. Develop visual and written content of Institute’s 75th anniversary public relations materials (see listed website)

Assist Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students with clerical duties, student informational database and school-wide events. Lead and coordinate Freshman Orientation activities and Student Mentors. Oversee distribution of locker assignments and school identification cards. Write & Edit International Student Handbook, MIAD Off-Campus Housing Guide. Promoted from Registrar’s Assistant (2008-2009) Other titles include Pre-College Resident Adviser (Summer 2010) and MIAD Orientation Leader (2009-2011)

Facilitate a reorganization of student government structure. Initiate efforts to improve communication between students and administrators—Including campus-wide participation in NASAD college accreditation process and outside consultant groups. Oversee the budget for student government, school clubs and organizations. Recruit members and boost student participation in college events and activities. Serve as student representative on the MIAD Board of Trustees. (Elected after one year term Drawing Representative 2008-2009).

Awarded College Endowment Association Merit Scholarship, MIAD Merit Scholarship, Racine Art Guild Merit Scholarship. Initiated interdisciplinary coursework that balanced a strong emphasis in humanistic inquiry with studio work. Main research project "Image & Word: Contrasting Cognitive Learning Methods Throughout The History of Western Art" was featured at college symposium with 60+ attendees.
