I am a Lisboner to the bones. Passionate about writing, talented people creating solutions for everyday challenges, cinema, and sustainable fashion. I started working as a journalist during college. I then joined the adventure of public service in different departments of Lisbon Municipality for over two decades - from the communication bureau attached to the Mayor's office to the departments of HR, as an advisor, and at the Cultural Affairs as the chief editor of the printed and online edition of Agenda Cultural. In 2013, I came aboard the entrepreneurial ecosystem. For six years, I dedicated myself to building the brand, culture, and community of the business incubator Startup Lisboa. Currently, I'm back in Lisbon City Hall, working as a senior communication specialist at the Innovation and Economic Department, and I continue to mentor in startup programs. I have my brand, Ralhenta, and write on Substack (PT).
