I have around 4 years of experience with different organizations (Governmental, intergovernmental, and non-profit organizations). After receiving my BSc in Agriculture Engineering from Hashemite University, I started my career as a teaching assistant at Hashemite University and later as a field project coordinator for one year and Logistics Assistant at Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA). I pursued and received my MSc in Climate Change and Arid Lands Sustainability from Hashemite University in December 2020. My research addressed Assessing the Drought Conditions in the Amman-Zarqa Basin Using Different Indices, then I joined the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) as a Project Assistant. I'm currently leading and implementing various green initiatives and projects at the Green Generation Foundation (GGF), one of the leading environmental organizations in Jordan. My core competencies include project management, activities planning, preparing estimated and actual project budgets, mobilizing the concerned people, contacting the stakeholders, emergency management planning, environmental sustainability, sustainable development, climate change, and green initiatives. I have a good knowledge of related logistics affairs and purchasing operations, M&D, technical reports, and documentation based on the requirements of the donors and UN Sustainable Development Goals. I'm passionate about promoting climate awareness and best practices through webinars, presentations, and training sessions. I am a member of several youth initiatives that work in the environmental field (Envo Climate and Green Youth Network). Good Neighbors respects the human rights of our neighbors suffering from poverty, disasters and oppression, helps them to achieve self-reliance and enables them to rebuild hope. - I am fully responsible for supporting the implementation of activities in Amman and Zarqa, leading green entrepreneurship programs, vocational training, and a green business incubator. The project aims to empower local communities and vulnerable groups, including refugees, across various regions in Jordan.
