Transformation digitale d'un processus industriel critique en menant de bout en bout la conception et le développement d'une solution full-stack. Le projet visait à remplacer un flux de travail manuel par un système digital performant pour la gestion des déchets de production. Impacts & Réalisations Clés : Réduction du temps de cycle de validation de plus de 90%, passant d'un processus papier de 24-48h à une validation électronique quasi-instantanée. Fiabilisation des données à 100% en éliminant les erreurs de transcription manuelle grâce à l'implémentation du scan de codes-barres pour la saisie des articles. Mise en place d'une architecture data-driven permettant un accès en temps réel aux KPIs et une intégration directe avec Power BI, réduisant la génération de rapports de plusieurs heures à quelques clics. Développement d'une API RESTful complète (+20 endpoints) avec Java/Spring Boot pour gérer un workflow complexe impliquant 4 rôles utilisateurs distincts (Opérateur, Chef d'Équipe, Manager, etc.). Création d'une interface utilisateur (SPA) dynamique et réactive en React et TypeScript, offrant une expérience optimisée pour 2 plateformes cibles (terminaux mobiles industriels et postes de travail).
