I am grateful for the opportunity to have lived & worked across 6 countries in a rich variety of HR Leadership roles across India, US, Singapore, UK, Sri Lanka, the Netherlands. Currently in a Vice President role as CHRO for Unilever Food Solutions, Unilever’s largest end to end business, with 4000 employees spread across 75 countries, serving culinary solutions to chefs around the globe. My Purpose is to help businesses, teams & leaders maximize their growth through realization of their adventurous truths 🌟Beyond my day job, I am on the Advisory boards of two start-ups, one in Personal Development and one in AI. I also serve as a mentor to senior leaders at a Global Non-Profit dedicated to human transformation. As a Yoga and meditation practitioner since 3 decades, and a trained Health Counsellor in the ancient system of Ayurveda, I am passionate about integrating ancient wisdom into the modern business & leadership world.
