Chemistry & Mathematics
Chemistry and mathematics are combined for a fun and challenging mix of different kinds of activities and ideas. In the chemistry course, I explored how basic chemical processes enhance many aspects of life, from medicines to blue jeans to fireworks, as well as investigated key concepts including the origin of life on earth. In the math course, I discussed and explored the logical foundation of mathematics and how it pertains to solving problems. I did this in theory and practice by studying basic logic as well as wracking my brain with a myriad of ancient and modern problems.
