Worked on many Data Quality Projects using Oracle's Master Data Management suite of Products. Lead a Data Quality Management team which was responsible for developing and fixing data de-duplication modules for maintaining source data. Have working knowledge of various modules in Oracle's Customer Data Management like Oracle Customers Online, Customer Data Hub etc.

Working as the Solution Architect for the world’s largest home furnishing company implementing Supply Chain solutions. Design solutions for Warehouse Replenishment, Store Replenishment, Inbound/Outbound goods flow, Lead Time and Capacity management, Real Time Inventory management across warehouses to streamline the goods flow and Order Management in North America. Hands on design and implementation experience with Warehouse Management tools, eCommerce integration and integration with Transport Management interfaces. Database migration experience from Oracle 10g to 11g.

Client - Alcatel-Lucent Responsible for Project & Application Management, Design and Development, Business Analysis and Service Delivery. Hands on experience designing and developing interfaces in and out of Peoplesoft. Worked on multiple projects and enhancements involving Payroll and Benefits interfaces. Senior Technical Analyst responsible for Client interaction, offshore coordination, business analysis and overall delivery. Skills: - Oracle PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, Peoplecode, Application Engines, Component Interfaces, other Peopletools and Peoplesoft Core HCM.

Implement a data extraction and cleansing process for maintaining the Master Data on the SAP instance. Client is the leading provider of transportation logistics across schools in North America. Leads/Markerting data from Salesforce.com (SFDC), Account Receivable data from JD Edwards, other relevant data from legacy sources are extracted and run through a Data cleansing process before loading it into the SAP Master Data Single Source of Truth instance. Used SQL Server Data Quality Services (DQS) to apply cleansing rules and to de-duplicate the data. Gained deeper understanding on knowledge base management, domain management, knowledge discovery and implementing matching rules.

Lead the development of business process for creating, validating and publishing metadata definitions across the enterprise. Implement Data Quality initiatives across the enterprise by working closely with the Data Stewards and Lead Data Stewards from various Business Segments and Corporate Functions. Work with the architecture teams and other project teams in identifying and implementing the tools and processes necessary for Information Governance, Metadata & Reference Data Management and Data Quality initiatives. It was great three months at TD, but i was looking more for a hands-on role and for the moment i am not geared towards a management only role yet in my career. Hence I had to part ways.
