- Direct report to CFO in a Private Equity firm managing a portfolio of business systems, ERP applications, Digital Tech / Analytics applications and infrastructure - Directed and managed business systems, strategic plans, and financial reporting/consolidation processes of disparate systems supporting multiple business units in the US and Latin America. - Part of the due diligence and opportunity analysis team; drove acquisition integration, strategy, and cost optimization - Drove the systems integration efforts and assessment as a key member of the M&A team - Managed post-merger integration activities and financial reporting/consolidation processes of disparate systems - Established and implement short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. - Negotiated contracts with the vendors for all software, hardware and consulting services.

• Managed Finance organization’s business process improvement and transformation program in streamlining monthly/quarterly/year-end processes for master data management/governance, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting to support the executive management, field ops and support services groups. Project manager for the monthly/quarterly process to support MDM, several Planning applications, large BI apps, Corporate consolidations (HFM) and a repository of Financial reports based on Oracle Hyperion EPM systems. Managed corporate Master data via Hyperion DRM to deliver "one version of the truth" across the finance organization reducing reconciliation inefficiencies, effecting timely delivery of reports, and supporting financial accuracy. Trained local and global users with the new Planning/Essbase/FR/WA/Smart View and reporting systems.

Financial systems functional lead for a major implementation of the Hyperion Planning/Workforce application in the FP&A team. Managed a global cross-functional team of internal and external resources and was responsible for process improvement, design, test, and deploy financial planning and forecasting applications using the Hyperion technologies. Developed and supported the corporate financial reports/templates for budgeting, forecasting, and Sales apps to support financial and operational modeling and reporting needs of various business units and corporate FP&A. Collaborated with BU finance directors/VPs to deploy a new system to model BU level PnL reporting and currency fluctuations to gain financial visibility into individual business units. Led an effort to transition to the new fiscal year using Hyperion technologies with multi-currency and overhead rates for the corporate finance department.
