A Social development professional with an experience of more than 15 years. Have hands of experience working across different development sector including from Grass root level organization to Corporate office. Also having blend of experience working both in Green field and Brown field Project. I have started my career from BRLPS ,a World bank project under the umbrella of Bihar Govt as Block Project Manager. Livelihood intervention through SHG including formation, capacity building training, to making federation and Bank Linkages. There after I have joined Hindustan Zinc Limited a subsidiary of Vedanta and during a tenure of more than a decade have worked in four different locations including open cast mines, underground mines, smelters, Green field Project . Have also championed different themes including Women empowerment, Health & Safety across HZL. Stakeholder mapping engagement, SDR, GRI reporting and Public Liasioning were other key portfolios and part of the job. currently I am part of the CSR Vertical of Hindalco Industries Limited, Aditya Birla Group Company at Sambalpur district of Odisha
