* a) Supported State Manager in programme management in the state, * b) Managed Partners with a very strong personal rapport, ensured programme and budget planning, legal compliances (Also looked after grant management role in the absence of the State Finance Officer), * c) Identified capacity building needs of Partners and build capacity / ensure capacity building, * d) Extended Technical supports / inputs to Partners for better project and programme management, * e) Carried out regular Monitoring of projects implementation, * f) Carried out all necessary documentation & reporting of state PACS Programme, * g) Maintained MIS system at state level and assisted National Office in MIS management, * h) Assisted State Manager in advocacy efforts in the state.

Carried out a detailed study of the educational services offered by the Guild of Services. - More importantly I facilitated the teachers at General Kariappa H.S. School, Saligramam, in evolving systems towards making the school a benchmark referral for educational services, especially targeting the under-served in Chennai. - And lastly, suggested improved systems for delivery of educational systems for Guild of Service, based on the study finding.

It was a six years co-ed residential life, from Class 6th to 12th. I studied class 12th on an inter-school migration from JNV, William Nagar, East Garo Hills, Meghalaya. Activities and Societies: Always a back stage organizer of Co-curricular activities.

I took the opportunity of liberal field assignment selection at the Tata Dhan Academy to explore and understand diverse geographic context in India such as rural Bihar (Vaishali-Mehnar), desert Rajasthan (Barmer-Baitu), Slums in Chennai. Activities and Societies: I was an elected member to Academic Committee, the highest student-faculty body at Tata Dhan Academy and remained an active member in the same for the whole 18 duration of PG Diploma in Development Management. I was adjudged the best performer debater in the class Debate Competition.

Studied B.A. (Hons) with major in Geography along with Economics and Linguistics as subsidiary. M.A. in Geography, with a primary data based dissertation examining the spatial differentiation of slums and well-off living space. Activities and Societies: I was selected by the class to lead and manage all events on behalf of the class, due to the trust I enjoyed among my class mates during MA in Geography. Also, I was placed 2nd in the Quiz competition for Graduation final year and Master students in the Geography Department, while I was in the Graduation final year.
