Project Description: Data Governance Metrics & Reporting team sits within the Chief Data office (CDO) organization. Our mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our customers by aiding in responsibly developing metrics and reporting, ensuring we provide transparency into our data environment, and allowing effective risk management through report creation and facilitation of self-service reporting, with the strategic vision of creating a center of excellence with our partners for all data governance metrics and reporting, enabling Citi to make data-driven decisions for growth and progress. Roles & Responsibilities: • Supporting enterprise-wide data governance metrics and reporting across multiple levels of
audiences • Responsible for the transformation of data governance metrics and reporting requirements. • Develop, design, build, deploy, and manage new and existing meaningful full data metrics that drive visibility accountability across CITI. • Promote and ensure business requirement documentation, development, and operationalization of metrics and reports following approved process and agile methodology. • Design, develop, implement, and monitor Data Governance reporting-related risks and controls. • Ensure proper resiliency, stability, & sustainability planning and testing for published reports & dashboards. • Partner with business stakeholders from various Citi departments and identify business challenges and troubleshoot potential risks and issues associated with data sourcing.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and develop solutions for complex application programs, perform proof of concept, and present technology architecture solutions. • Partner with business stakeholders from various departments and identify business challenges. • Work with business analysts to review and enhance business and data flow processes. • Responsible for the overall delivery and management of applications. • As an onshore lead, performed various roles during each phase: developer, reviewer, co-ordination with offshore team, mentor, trainer, planning of tasks, project planning, identification, and implementation of scope for improvements, and created detailed technical documents for various ETL jobs. • Work with upstream and downstream teams to coordinate properly to develop products fulfilling complete business requirements. • Design and development of ETL jobs, applications, and other utilities to expedite the data load and analytics activities. • Work with the client manager to ensure implementation functionality meets architectural design guidelines. •Deploy and support software in the production environment.
