Delivering wide area, persistent ocean monitoring. Contracts in three countries, team growth, C Stars first to enter and survive a Category 5 hurricane.

Following master’s work on micro wind powered ocean robots, worked full time developing the technology. Lived aboard a 25ft sailboat with my cofounder for two years to bootstrap and speedrun at sea testing.

Private tutor to an LSE mathematics student in the year above. Learned and taught a mathematics / statistics degree in parallel with my engineering course.

Various - CFD analysis of vortex whistle in a turbine cavity, creating & coding interactive training resources, experiment design for oil lubrication & cooling system test rigs.

Designed the physical robotic interface for start-up Kin-Keepers home assistance AI device, working to enable pensioners to live independently for longer.

- Awarded the President's Scholarship - Deans List (top 10%) - Awards: Best experimental undergraduate final year project in year group (thesis on the design and path-planning algorithm for a transatlantic autonomous sailboat), Best group project (Concept design of a mid-range commercial passenger aircraft, detailed tail-plane design and stability analysis)
