About
As an English teacher at Université Paris Cité, De Vinci Higher Education and ISMAC Business School, I combine my passion for languages and teaching methodologies with my legal background and business acumen. I teach professional English to engineering and business students, preparing them for TOEIC and TOEFL exams, as well as enhancing their communication skills in various domains. I also coordinate the English department at ISMAC, where I create the syllabus, organise the groups, and supervise the examinations. Moreover, I use a variety of teaching tools, such as Moodle, Microsoft Office, and gaming platforms, to engage and motivate my students. One of the key aspects of my teaching approach is the importance I give to emotional intelligence. Empathy is key to understanding our learners' motivations and receptivity to the teaching material. Once a teacher has mastered their ability to "read" a student, they'll know which teaching approach will be the most effective in order to achieve the best results.

"Les cours Gaïa" is a non profit organisation in the north of Paris that was founded in 2013. Its primary goal is to ensure quality education to learners of all backgrounds and of all levels. It strives to make education accessible and affordable. As of 2023, they have approx. 300 students ranging from CP - Terminale. (5-18 years old) and about 20 teachers. I am in charge of coordinating all English classes throughout the year. I overlook the recruitment of English teachers, their syllabus and make sure that the logistics are in place for every class. I do a regular follow up of the students' progress and I am in charge of exam preparation. We prepare our students for Cambridge certifications mainly. We prepare for all levels from Young learners - Starters, Movers, Flyers- to CPE (Pre A1 - C2). Moreover, I am in charge of communications and event planning in the organisation. I also manage the website.
