• Managing a team of 2 direct reports and 10 functional people responsible for payroll, I reported directly to the Regional Director and functionally to the Labour Relations Director for Iberia. • All legal labour issues, managing the relation with the Unions and the Employer’s Association(member of APFS – Associação Portuguesa de Facility Services board). • Coordinationand preparation of workers processes fromrecruitment to dismissal. • Management of the legal procedures from pre-court to court procedures.

• Management of all labour relations issues in Nespresso and Nestlé Portugal (except for the Factories). • Management of negotiations with employees and Unions. • Advisor to the HR Director and all HRBPs to all topics related to labour relations. • Contract elaborations, disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals, etc

• Accumulating with the previous responsibility and part of the legal department I was the contact point to the Human Resources Department in all legal requests. • Advisor to the HR Director in matters involving legal risk or strategy regarding employee relations. • Responsible for the HR Compliance area (control of working times, breaks, vacations, remuneration, etc.);

• Ensuring the legal aspects of product packages in accordance with competition, advertising, and Consumer Law. • When requested I analysed and answered costumers’ complaints and managed all the pre-court processes.

• Built the legal department in Portugal that included the areas of corporate, commercial, labour, and real estate. • I supported the opening of 14 stores and more than 20 projects in study and in preparation. • I was the company representative on the Environment and Legal Affairs Committee at APED (Associação Portuguesa de Empresas de Distribuição).
