Hi, I'm a game recruiter and trying to build a network of people in love with the game industry. Artists, engineers, writers, game devs, students, people. My goal is to be able to connect with everyone so I can know their passion and some of their work once the opportunities arrive. Recruitment with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in mind falls into three steps: Ask, Align, Act.
