With over 25 years of leadership experience in the paper, packaging, and recycling industries, I have built a career leading business transformations, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. My professional journey spans marketing and sales, manufacturing, finance, and general management, providing a broad perspective on business performance and value creation.Since September 2025, I have been managing the East EMEA Subregion within DS Smith Packaging, overseeing operations across 14 manufacturing sites in eight countries, and driving collaboration, transformation, performance and customer-focused innovation throughout the Subregion.A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Croatia, I bring a strategic, results-driven approach to business leadership. My commitment to operational excellence and responsible management has earned widespread industry recognitions, including multiple prestigious awards: several Golden Kuna Awards for Most Successful Company, the Crystal Kuna Award, multiple Golden Key Awards as top exporter, and the Manager of the Year title in 2019. I believe that sustainable business success is built through people. My leadership approach is centered in trust, collaboration, accountability, and the development of high-performing teams.I am passionate about creating environments where people can grow, contribute and achieve their full potential.Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I actively support the advancement of the responsible business practices as President of the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs, and as the Board member of the Croatian Exporters Association.My purpose is simple: to create long-term value for customers, employees, shareholders and the communities we serve.
