I develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that shape our presence in the precision technology market. My role involves crafting tailored digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and accelerate revenue growth in this innovative vertical.

In my role at Kansi Solutions, I drive the business strategy and growth initiatives of RTKdata, connecting advanced GNSS RTK technologies with market demands. I am responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships and leading impactful negotiations that align with our long-term business goals. My work involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback into product development, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of precision and reliability.

- Statistical Analysis and Business Insights: Built statistical models and discovery analysis for informed decision making and better outcomes. - Data Visualization: Created interactive dashboards using Python and Dash to provide self-service analytics for actionable business insights. - Data Handling and Pipelines: Created robust data pipelines. Developed and implemented processes for data wrangling, enhancing data accuracy and usability, primarily using Python. - Project Management: Managed several end-to-end data analytics projects, including reports and dashboards.

- Analytics Tools development & ad hoc requests: developed dashboards and SQL reports for other teams and fulfilled ad hoc data analysis requests. - Assistance in Machine Learning Model Deployment: played a key role in machine learning model deployment by analyzing and monitoring A/B tests prior to deployment. Tracked the performance of deployed models and acted as a liaison to ensure clear communication and optimal utilization of models by business teams. - Performance marketing: conducted daily and weekly performance analysis, monitored and optimized around 300 accounts across the company websites. - KPI monitoring and reporting: regularly monitored revenue, costs, profit and lead conversion KPIs across accounts and deliver timely and relevant intelligence to other Business/Product teams, coordinating with them on adequate action steps.
