Con más de 25 años de experiencia en el ámbito financiero, he podido desarrollar una carrera llena de retos y responsabilidades, conociendo en detalle y comprendiendo las necesidades y capacidades de distintas áreas funcionales y sectores empresariales. Ahora, como CEO de la empresa, me apasiona tener la oportunidad de demostrar mi liderazgo y compromiso, ofreciendo la mejor versión de mí misma dentro de Randstad. Sabiendo que el trabajo que realizamos tiene un impacto positivo a nivel social, ayudando al talento y a las organizaciones a alcanzar su verdadero potencial. Desde mi incorporación a Randstad en 2006 como Finance Manager, he vivido un proceso de aprendizaje integral, interiorizando sus valores corporativos y su know-how, que me han hecho crecer profesionalmente. Durante todo este tiempo, he trabajado junto al gran equipo de profesionales que ha llevado a Randstad a ser la empresa de talento nº 1 de España y del mundo.
