Ana Paula Stolf Berns

I started out as an electrical apprentice at Centroweg. After graduating from this course, I had 2 years of experience in Quality Control at WEG Motors, and after that I started in wire manufacturing as a technician and training facilitator. This experience as a training facilitator greatly developed my teaching and self-expression skills. As a result, I ended up falling in love with this area, and was selected to be a training instructor. At the same time, I started a part time job, also teaching at night at SENAI for technical courses, where I had been working for 9 years. I worked as a winding and electricity instructor for production operators (QPOP). After a while, I became an instructor for Centroweg apprentices. In addition to my role in the classroom, we often had to mentor these teenagers at the beginning of their careers, including helping to refer students to areas of expertise. This experience in the classroom helped a lot in the systemic view of the process. So, in 2011 I started working as a training analyst: I worked on the planning and programming of classes at Centroweg and also at QPOP. I also worked during the Go-live of the global leadership platform (WEG Leadership Academy) and I am currently responsible for process improvement projects in the area of ​​professional development and the QPET program (Qualification of Engineers and Technologists).
