Ana Gonçalves Pinho

I'm integrated in the Technology Engineering career, where professionals are responsible for the entire process of creating or reviewing software solutions, from research and design, construction, testing, launch and delivery to the customers. In particular, I am a ServiceNow Developer at Deloitte Portugal. ⏳ About me : Born and raised in Lisbon, I started my professional life while still studying in high school, thus developing maturity, a sense of work and effort very early on, mostly in customer service and service provision. I worked in sales through call centers, outbound and inbound, where I developed my communication skills, active listening and power of argument. Between 2013/2014 I got my first job as a Debt Collector. I was considered one of the fastest and most efficient people working in debt resolution and I achieved it in 5 years every months the objectives proposed by the company. At same year, the passion for technology, mathematics and science culminated in the enrollment in the faculty at ISEL in chemical engineering that I finished in 2018 where I had the opportunity to learn how to manage my time and tow to deal with stress, frustrations, make mistakes and correct quickly. In my last professional experience, also in asset management and debt collection, but this time with a legal content. I was able to adapt and the fact that I have obtained so many soft skills in my career, have logical thinking, analytical, goal-oriented, problem-solving , conflict management and assertiveness made me able to be a good professional, to have team spirit with people with completely different backgrounds from mine and to motivate myself and other every day. At the beginning of 2022, I decided to take an intensive Web Development course at Ironhack where I learned about HTML, CSS, JavaScript (es6), Canvas, MongoDB, Express, React, NodeJS, Express and Agile/Scrum.
