Specialized in the management of large projects, including staff, budget/contract, performance indicators and relationship with national and international stakeholders. Currently working in a multinational company, the professional is leading the tax department across the Latam region and engaged in the global tax planning of the company, with a direct report line to the VP of Tax. Working with all departments, such as finance, legal, corporate and M&A and assisting in investment, divestment transaction all over Latam region, business expansions, international tax restructuring, new projects, tax inspections, tax compliance, transfer pricing and other daily matters.Having lived in 3 different continents and speaking English and Portuguese fluently and upper intermediate Spanish, has a business-driven and continuous improvement mindset. The professional is a registered lawyer before the Brazilian Bar Association, graduated in Accounting and post graduated in International tax law.
