With a strong foundation in Human Resource Management and a people-first mindset, I currently work as a Talent Partner at Nineleaps Technology Solutions PVT. LTD., where I help bridge the gap between high-potential talent and fast-growing tech teams. Backed by a Master’s degree from CMS Business School, Jain University, I’ve developed a deep understanding of core HR functions including talent acquisition, HR operations, talent management, employee engagement and employer branding. My experience spans the end-to-end recruitment cycle from workforce planning and sourcing niche profiles to facilitating smooth onboarding and aligning new hires with organizational goals. I’ve worked extensively on hiring for technology-driven roles and bring hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Salesforce, enabling structured, data-backed hiring decisions. I’ve also contributed to enhancing candidate experience, supporting internal HR initiatives, and working closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. Beyond recruitment, I take an active interest in building positive employee experiences, supporting HR initiatives that foster diversity & inclusion, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.
