Graduate recruiter, admissions, and academic advising for the MBA and Master of Science in Management (MsM), Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (MSLSCM), Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) and Graduate Business Certificate programs. Plan and implement yearly regional and state wide recruiting initiatives through information sessions, classrooms visits, email marketing campaigns, education fairs and corporate contacts. Communicate with and onboard new graduate students through email, phone and in-person contact. Created and manage in-house Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to effectively manage prospective student inquiries from initial contact through matriculation. Develop and implement graduate orientation for incoming students. Develop program handbooks, admission packets, and initial degree plans for MBA, MsM, MSLSCM, MSBA and graduate certificate students. Assist current graduate students with course planning, degree progression, registration and graduation.
