Oversaw the transformation and management of the Agile PMO, initially as Director and later as VP. Senior project manager for patient- and provider-portal implementations for a Harris division focused on healthcare projects for specific states. Worked directly with Veteran Affairs hospitals out of Denver, Colorado, providing IT consulting to the Veteran Affairs hospitals across the U.S. Collaborated in the implementation of mandatory system changes needed to meet mandatory ICD10 (diagnostic codes) updates, while ensuring integration with main frame driven systems developed out of the Boston Medical Center in the 1970s.
