Amy Voss is an artist/entrepreneur. She started her art business, Glass Axes in 2009. Glass Axes Glass Axes is the brainchild of Dallas-based artist Amy Voss. Amy’s signature style of creating one-of-kind glass sculpture art pieces, using acoustic guitars as her canvas, led her to launch Glass Axes in 2009. Since then, Amy has created custom work featuring sports teams’ distinctive imagery—Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns and the Pittsburgh Steelers. She has been commissioned to reinterpret iconic album art—The Beatles’ Abbey Road and Yellow Submarine; Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon—as well as classic logos including the Rolling Stones and Aerosmith. Her guitar art hangs on the walls of galleries, hotels, private homes and offices belonging to several renowned music industry and sports execs, and musical artists including Katy Perry.
