Responsible for designing power and control applications by leveraging customer knowledge and direct input, ensuring designs meet applicable codes and regulations. Designs have been completed 40% faster with a customer satisfaction rating of 96% (increase of 26% since I have owned). Served as a project engineer on many medium to large projects (>$500K) and successfully manage multiple projects at the same time, coordinate between various technical disciplines to deliver each project on schedule and under budget (Most projects were completed within 60% of given time or less). Lead a team of 8 members to develop a robust new hires program. The program has helped new hires decrease their time to on-board by 50% and quickly become productive contributing members of the company. Other engineering groups have adopted our program to train their new hires. I was commended by upper management on numerous occasions for the quality and consistency of my performance.
