►Prototype Engineering I have been the primary go-to person for rapidly designing and building prototypes, fixtures, and other widely varying items needed for engineering tests as well as general office needs. Working in a small start-up necessitates an ability to work fast and be proactively responsive, and I pride myself on consistently delivering high quality work quickly. I have designed and built packaging prototypes, large specialized calibration booths, active fiducial display boards as well as passive fiducial display boards, UV cure chambers, hot wire benders, various acrylic prototypes and fixtures, ir led light boards with 3D printed custom holders, banner holders for special events, and a rolling roll storage rack just to name a few items. I have many years of experience using a wide variety of tools, including most wood shop tools, many metal shop tools, laser etchers, 3D printers, Zund flatbed digital cutters, cnc machines and digital mini-mills. I also have experience working with through-hole and SMD electronics. ►Operations Coordinator and Expert Generalist I have over thirteen years of experience in office management, operations coordination, contract coordination, and grants database administration. Working in a small department means that I've had a broad range of administrative responsibilities and have become accustomed to jumping in and helping where ever needed. I've done everything including handling office moves, ordering and maintaining office equipment and computers, coordinating travel logistics, coordinating new hires, panel coordination, to preparing legislation and budget submittals. I thrive on challenges, and I absolutely love learning new skills and being able to apply them in ways that help companies.
