Managed 60+ LWW journal websites, performing facelifts and making changes when requested by publishers or account managers. Worked in collaboration with a team of webmasters to maintain and upgrade all of the LWW journal websites.

Coordinate the illustrations for nursing and health professions textbooks, design layouts, work with the book designers, proficient with formatting art for print.

Assistant to the Managing Editor of CONTINUUM, a continuing education publication from the American Academy of Neurology. Responsibilities included formatting publication text; obtaining permissions from publishers and copyright and disclosure forms from authors; and interfacing with authors and the publisher to negotiate deadline requirements. Created three databases that store information on authors, reviewers, and publishers.

Primary responsibilities: -School Library Media Specialist for the Immaculate Conception High School (ICHS) Library. -Responsible for the design, content, and maintenance of the ICHS website. -Administrator for Google Apps for Education; implemented Google Apps for Education at ICHS. -Public Relations Manager for ICHS; responsibilities include writing articles and press releases, contacting the press, taking photographs, and marketing events. In charge of all social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). -Technology teacher; teach sophomores and seniors (Google Apps for Education, Web Design, and Photo Editing). - Member of the Middle States Association (MSA) of College and Schools Accreditation Planning Committee for Immaculate Conception High School. This committee is responsible for organizing and planning for the accreditation of the school in the fall of 2014. Responsible for expressing opinions about future technology implementation, inputting all information about the school into the self-study template as well as writing up the minutes of many meetings.

Managed all electronic files for medical textbooks. Coordinated downloads for licensees, managed digital archive, responsible for content management. Responsible for many spreadsheets and databases.

Primary writer and editor for the Center’s publications, including a biannual newsletter published in print and on the Internet. Successfully completed the production of a CD-ROM. Responsible for fund raising efforts for a scholarship fund.
