I’m a Researcher Development Manager at the University of Sheffield and I’m lucky to be the faculty link for Social Sciences. My university-wide theme is Established (also known as Mid-Career) Researcher Development and I support our fantastic Established Researcher Forum. I came to the RD team after ten years as Graduate School Manager and love working with all levels of researchers - from PGR to Prof. My background is PR and communications in a number of public and private sector settings. I’m CIPR qualified and have really enjoyed bringing these skills to my roles in Higher Education.
