Chartered Occupational Psychologist, HCPC Registered Incorporating psychology principles, I've worked in both the public and private sector with a broad range of individuals from senior managers to front line staff. As a consultant and a facilitator, I've designed and delivered a range of initiates including management development programmes, skills sessions and team events. After completing an MSc in Organisational Psychology, I began work as a Work Psychologist at Jobcentre Plus. In this role I provided occupational assessment and guidance to service users with disabilities and health conditions keen to seek employment as well as providing consultancy services to Jobcentre Plus staff. Across 14 sites, I worked with a range of staff levels, from customer facing roles to senior management. In addition to training and skill development workshops, I designed and facilitated a management development programme rolled out across the sites including one to one coaching with operational managers. Other projects I was involved in included the development of a succession planning strategy and the development of agreed senior management values and behaviours protocol. During my time at Jobcentre Plus I was promoted to Higher Work Psychologist and produced a portfolio of work which enabled me to achieve Chartered Status as an Occupational Psychologist.
