I’m a cross-functional strategy professional with deep experience supporting M&A transactions and integrations across commercial lending, private equity, and insurance. As a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), I bring together diligence, integration strategy, change management, and operational execution to help organizations navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, risk, and people. I partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate complex diligence and integration challenges into actionable insights while building agile, collaborative teams that prioritize the human element, not just the process. I believe successful transactions aren’t driven by checklists alone, but by aligned teams who understand the why behind the work. I’m known for my ability to connect strategy to execution, elevate those around me, and lead through influence rather than title. I’m passionate about mentoring, developing talent, and creating environments where people do their best work especially during periods of change. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated dog rescue advocate and volunteer, committed to giving back and leading with purpose both professionally and personally.
